I decoupaged this picture frame probably twelve years ago (maybe more?) using magazine scraps. The photo window was an odd size, but perfect because it was the right size for a photo of my grandmother that was taken in the 1920s. The photo is blurry in my scan here - but not at all in reality. She is standing on the end of a dock. The words were not meant to have much significance, but they can if you read into them. Collages from the 1990s/early 2000s always seemed to have that Lancome rose.
